Over the past 18 years as a qualified Personal Trainer I’ve tested, tweaked and modified an arsenal of different methods to find the fastest and simplest formula to get my clients feeling better, moving better and ultimately performing better.

For high performances athletes, sporting teams and talented juniors my tailor made programs aim to focus on individual performance and provide what is often the missing link in their training schedule.

For the full time worker, part time athlete searching to finally get the sort of improvements in their chosen sport or activity, my individual training sessions and my group work are carefully formulated to help them reach the goals that they have been aiming for.
