  • Weekly check ins and new training program developed every 4 weeks
  • Individual focus during entire session, with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns
  • Homework set to improve target areas
  • Short term and long term goals
  • Suitable for performance athletes and people wanting to achieve a specific fitness goal or health goal

Personal Training

$75/session or package
  • PERFORM FOR LIFE
  • One on one exclusive training session
  • Personal plans, nutrition and goal setting

  • Individual focus during entire session, with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns

PCYC Umina

Our fully equipped gym at the back of the PCYC, providing a mixed cardio and strength based work out for group fitness.
Our small group and personal training is also run out of this space.
