- Individual focus during entire session, with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns

- Short term and long term goals
- Suitable for performance athletes and people wanting to achieve a specific fitness goal or health goal
Personal Training

Our fully equipped gym at the back of the PCYC, providing a mixed cardio and strength based work out for group fitness.
Our small group and personal training is also run out of this space.
