Group Fitness Session

$50/week
  • FREE TRIAL – 1 WEEK
  • 8 group strength and conditioning sessions each week with more coming soon
  • Individual initial consultation and movement assessment
  • Regular strength and fitness testing to ensure you are progressing the way you’d like
  • Body composition assessments if required
  • Weekly accountability around your training
  • Access to nutrition advice
  • Suitable for people wanting to achieve improved fitness, better mobility, general strength and well being

Small Group Session

$80/week
  • FREE TRIAL – 1 WEEK
  • 2 small group sessions a week (2-5 people)
  • Personal individual training programs targeting specific areas and goals
  • Work on injuries and problem areas
  • Weekly check ins and new training program developed every 4 weeks
  • Individual focus during entire session, with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns
  • Homework set to improve target areas
  • Short term and long term goals
  • Suitable for performance athletes and people wanting to achieve a specific fitness goal or health goal

Personal Training

$75/session or package
  • PERFORM FOR LIFE
  • One on one exclusive training session
  • Personal plans, nutrition and goal setting
  • Short term and long term goals
  • Individual focus during entire session, with video analysis of techniques and movement patterns
  • Homework set to improve target areas
  • Suitable for people requiring one on one coaching to achieve a particular sport performance or health related goal
